Before joining HomeLife, Pam spent twelve years as the Chief Operating Officer of the Association of Ohio Philanthropic Homes, Housing and Services for the Aging (AOPHA). This statewide trade association represents and services more than 330 nonprofit retirement and long term care service providers. In this capacity she expanded the organizations capabilities in serving their assisted living, housing and community based service membership. Pam served as the Chief Executive Officer for two subsidiary state associations; the Ohio Association of Adult Daycare and the Ohio Association of Senior Centers. She represented the interests of nonprofit providers before the Ohio General Assembly, and various state departments.

Pam received her bachelor's degree from Brockport State University, in upstate New York and graduated from The Ohio State University with a master's degree in social work and public administration.

Pam has served on the Board for the Ohio Housing Finance Agency and has also served on a variety of community board of directors including United Way (secretary), Central Ohio Area Agencies on Aging, Delaware Speech and Hearing (President), and Whetstone Care Center, Columbus.

Pam is responsible for day-to-day operations of HomeLife Companies and its many subsidiaries. She develops marketing programs and strategies, conducts marketing audits, and writes, creates and produces promotional materials. Preleasing, advertising and public relations strategies are also her responsibilities. Her work demonstrates an understanding of the older consumer's needs and an appreciation for the unique needs of individual clients. Company marketing efforts, directing and managing special projects and the administration of the Company's business affairs round out her responsibilities.
